Vivienne Westwood Melissa Ultragirl Rubber Flats: A much needed alternative to the infamous Jelly

December 20th, 2011 · 3 Comments

Jelly Shoes not being my fave, I was squealingly suprised when I found these “Rubber Flats” by Vivienne Westwood. The opaque quality of the shoe paired with the uber out-there shaped bow on the tip of these beauties creates quite an effect. That said, there are some real pointers needed to be shared regarding these shoes:

Dr. Scholls Barbie 1960s “Exercise” Slide Sandals

May 25th, 2011 · 4 Comments

I’ve never thought Dr. Scholls had a lot to offer in the way of fashionable finesse, although a recent online treasure hunt reaped Great results!!! Dr. Scholls is offering these fine Barbie sandals in pink with little rhinestones on the metal fastening clip. The best part, though, of this shoe is not only the adorable vintage art deco in the form of lots of tiny lipsticks, shoes, & purses.

The deco is printed against the backdrop of the lightest pink leather for an overall adorable whilst still vintage effect in a somehow sporty, spirited yet feminine way.  I love these shoes, and they offer great support and comfort, too.

Sweet Summer Shoes to Put a Spring In Your Step

May 3rd, 2011 · No Comments

Wedge Sandals can be seen everywhere from here to high heaven, and I’m in hog heaven wearin’ these delectably simmering sweeties. Found mine at Famous Footwear: Natural Soul by Naturalizer “Brigette” in Pink Floral. The shoe is comfortable enough for a wedge, but be careful pairing in super sweet duos or trios- actually, its probably a good idea to avoid it altogether. The bow on the toe of these puppies is cute but the light canvas colored background of the fabric along with the pink florals is **almost** too much. Luckily the height of the wedge adds a kind of much needed sassiness. Cool & casual, these chicas will become your best girlfriend for the next couple weeks.

Oh my Darling, Klementine! Cutest Versatile shoe Ever!

April 23rd, 2011 · No Comments

I love love LOVE these skecher babies. Skecher designers are geniuses, I swear they are, developing so many styles like unto the ballet flat- even for the sportier pairs that offer plenty of support. These shoes have sweet ventilation holes and plenty of cushion for the pushin’ your feet are gonna do to them all day long. They are truly a comfy shoe, when compared to the average ballet flat but mine kinda pull and tug at certain parts of my foot, like my heel and my pinky toe. Its just slight, but brought about the usually common soft blister on my heel- although Ive seen worse. All I’m sayin’ is this shoe isn’t THE MOST comfy out there, so don’t expect a shoe designed for that sort of thing. They are Gorgeous, aren’t they? :) :) :)

Bow Flat by BlowFish: For your Dressy-Slob-Casual Days

April 22nd, 2011 · No Comments

Blowfish. Hmmm… I don’t normally like their shoes. I was suprised to say the least when I saw these and loved them. The “bows” are oversized and messy, the way they are tied. I love wearing them with light colored tees or nicer casual. Overall they have a pleasantly surprising effect of making an outfit look slovenly feminine. Its rather strange. Nothing quite like it ;)
