The lips may be considered as a small part of the face, yet it is powerful. Though some people have different attractive features, the lips can surely attract other’s attention as one speaks. Love is also well expressed through lips by saying the magic words and the by kissing. Of course, these are merely some things to consider in giving much attention to our lips.
Above all, through the lips, one can win one’s heart. Notably, many women admired Angelina Jolie for her pouting lips. Surgery has also been made available for those who want to have Angelina’s lips. But then, pouting, kissable, and rose-like lips can be achieved through the use of lipstick.

Top 4 Inexpensive Mineral Makeup Foundations

#4 Almay
Almay’s mineral foundation made this list because the product matched my light golden complexion very well. However, the assumption that this drugstore mineral makeup is lower cost is misleading. Almay retails from $12-$13 for only a measly ounce of yummy mineral foundation. The other drawback is that the container makes Almay’s mineral foundation very difficult to apply. The foundation itself I like even better than the more expensive Bare Escentuals, which falls into an entirely different price range.

*BEST* Inexpensive Mineral Makeup (in my opinion, at least)
February 27th, 2010 · 1 Comment
Surprise, surpise! Who would’ve guessed? I surely wouldn’t have a year ago- that I’d be using Avon mineral makeup religiously. And no, I do *not* sell or distribute avon.
I tried a few of Avon’s products recently- a chapstick, lipgloss, and purse size lotion- mainly because a family member started selling the line. I wasn’t serious about the products but was pretty shocked to find they weren’t all that bad.
I really got brave when I tried Avon’s Mineral Makeup… I thought for $20 a “starter kit” was no harm, no foul and that I wouldn’t be out that much moolah if I ended up not liking Avon’s minerals.

Mineral makeup is the newest trend in the field of cosmetics. However, this is not a relatively new method as most of the pioneering cosmetic products are considered mineral makeup in contemporary standards. But what is in it that makes it bare essential mineral makeup so popular nowadays? Read on and discover some facts you need to know about organic cosmetics.
Mineral Makeup Has Natural Ingredients
The usual foundations and face powders comes from a combination of chemical ingredients and artificial pigments. On the other hand, as the name implies, organic cosmetics is made from minerals and natural pigments. Applying artificial chemicals to your face daily can be risky because of the potent chemicals. With mineral makeup, you are decreasing your risk of exposing yourself to these ingredients.
Mineral Makeup Involves Less Product To Get The Desired Outcome
Organic makeup utilizes pure chemicals for color. The strength of these pigments contribute to the lasting effect of the makeup. A minimal amount of mineral makeup can have a similar effect with applying a large amount of regular makeup. Mineral makeup contains finely grounded minerals, such as mica, titanium dioxide, zinc, and ultramarine pigments, that even the slightest application can give a lasting coverage.
Mineral Makeup Has Zero Preservatives and Bacteria
Mineral makeup has a lot of characteristics that contributes to its being bacteria free and long lasting. It comes in powder form so it is free from moisture. Since it is natural, they are not subjected to decomposition and does not promote the development of bacteria and fungus unlike regular makeup. Likewise, it has a lifetime of two years compared to the six months of liquid cosmetics. Because it can last a long time, it is free from preservatives and is gentle even for sensitive skin.
Mineral Makeup Provides A More Natural Feeling
One of the biggest issues with a liquid foundation is that it can result to a cakey, thick layer on the skin. Aside from making your skin look unnatural, it can also clog the pores in your skin. The mineral powder mixes into the skin resulting to a healthy “glow” making your skin look natural. Many women who are disappointed with liquid foundation are contented with the natural and light look offered by mineral makeup.
Since bare essential mineral makeup has a favorable and natural effect on the skin, many manufacturers are now offering mineral makeup products. It is recommended that you try out various shades at first to determine the right mineral makeup for you.
