Skin care treatments can undo decades of exposure to our skin. Facial damage is apparent when facial skin has aged prematurely, sometimes far beyond skin on the rest of the body.
Do a self-test! How does your skin compare? Face to legs, for example. You will notice that even your neck, which still gets more exposure to the elements than the rest of the body, is aged beyond the rest of your skin.

- Sipping beverages from straws — doctors say sipping from straws can contribute to wrinkles
